Edit: Couldn't wait to upload this polished version. It may not be the definitive.

No points for originality, I know, but as a fan of Mai, it's easy to become junky for this pose.

Also, this one should actually go into the scraps, being such a poor attempt at soft shading... but whate the heck, I'll replace it once I get a better one.

More fanservise to come. Perhaps too much. I'm hoping not to end buried under it permanently...

Interesting color technique. I'm curious as to how you got that sense of texture, as it doesn't look like anything you could do with a digital brush.

I don't see anything wrong with the shading. It almost looks like the original 8-bit or 16-bit color shading, so you can call it a nostalgic piece.

It's good coloring, I don't see why you think this is bad.
